Finding The Right Tenants For you

From the homes we offer to our approach to service, everything we do is driven by our residents and their needs. That’s why our residents stay with us for longer – because we understand that a home is more than just a building.

The task of finding good tenants can be a headache for landlords, so we remove that pain by handling the entire lettings process. From valuing your property, to finding your tenants, to checking references to getting the legalities in order, we take care of everything.

Our lettings process is thorough and is designed to find the best tenants for your property. We properly check the tenants’ references and conduct credit checks. We then handle the signing of the tenancy agreements, typically for an initial 12 months. Your property’s inventory is then conducted by an independent inventory clerk before we notify the utility companies of the tenancy start date so there are no issues with tenant debts.
