Mission & Vision

Founded in 2011 by lawyers Marco and Francesco Fasanella, Habitat Investments is a boutique property investment and development firm with an extensive knowledge of the property market and cycles.

We primarily focus on sourcing and transforming undeveloped assets with a potential hidden value into much-needed and high-quality homes, commercial real estate assets as well as hotels and leisure buildings across London and internationally.

We provide different investment strategies to maximise our clients’ Return on Investment (ROI). All our strategies are supported by an in-depth analysis of the market and consider its fluctuations, in order to minimise risks and maximise returns.

Marco Fasanella, LLM
Co-founder and Managing Director

Marco is a qualified Italian lawyer and a candidate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and in 2008 he also obtained his LLM (Master of Law) degree at King’s College of London.

Marco currently focuses the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial properties in London, for both private and institutional clients. He also has extensive expertise in the property management sector. Marco’s main goal is helping private and institutional investors to build a property portfolio and maximise the return on the capital employed.

Francesco Fasanella, MRICS
Co-founder and Managing Director

Francesco is a London-based member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), he has more than 10 year’s of experience in property investments and development. His expertise focuses on high-yield residential and commercial projects in London and Italy. Providing clients with different investment strategies is central to Francesco’s approach when maximising the Return on Investment of the capital employed. As a qualified Italian lawyer, having graduated from the top cum laude at the “Università degli Studi – Roma III” in Italy and LLM from King’s College London, Francesco draws upon his early career in law, believing that this offers clients an added element of diligence to the services provided which is integral when dealing with multiple parties. Francesco has also obtained a MSc in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster. When working with his clients, Francesco adopts a personal approach as he believes that this is key to understanding their strategic goals and leads planning and construction projects with a high attention to detail. He speaks Italian, English and French fluently.

Rosa Alice Ricci
Acquisitions and Development

Rosa Alice holds a degree in Communication Sciences at the University of Pavia.

She is a passionate sales and marketing professional who exceeds goals, retains clients and has a solid reputation when it comes to customer satisfaction. With her multi-year experience in the real estate market, Rosa Alice has also gained a unique knowledge within the sector.

She is particularly attentive in following the acquisition and sale phases, as well as skilled in identifying potential acquisition and developments opportunities.
Rosa Alice speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
