04 December, 2020Founded in 2011 by lawyers Marco and Francesco Fasanella, Habitat Investments is a boutique property investment and development firm with an extensive knowledge of the property market and cycles.
We primarily focus on sourcing and transforming undeveloped assets with a potential hidden value into much-needed and high-quality homes, commercial real estate assets as well as hotels and leisure buildings across London and internationally.
We provide different investment strategies to maximise our clients’ Return on Investment (ROI). All our strategies are supported by an in-depth analysis of the market and consider its fluctuations, in order to minimise risks and maximise returns.
Over the years we have built our clientele through recommendation and word of mouth and we appreciate the importance of developing long-term relationships with each all our clients and of keeping them fully informed of all phases of the development project.

We also own our successful in-house estate and lettings agency. Having this arm to the business means that our team is uniquely resourced to monitor market needs, allowing us to obtain the optimum outcome for our clients by responding with a variety of Buy-to-Let, HMOs and New Build Development opportunities.
Marco started working as a property finder and consultant on legal issues pertaining to purchase of residential and commercial properties and has over 10 years’ experience in the property sector. He now specialises in finding development opportunities and his main goal is helping investors to build a property portfolio and maximise the return on the capital employed. He has a degree in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and subsequently qualified as an Italian lawyer. In 2008 he decided to move to the UK and gained his LLM (Master of Law) degree at King’s College of London. He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
Francesco is a property investments and development expert with more than 10 years’ experience and with a focus on high-yield residential and commercial projects in London and Italy. He provides clients with different investment strategies to maximise the Return on Investment of the capital employed. Francesco is a qualified Italian lawyer and has a degree in Law cum laude at the “Università degli Studi – Roma III”. He has an LLM (Master of Law) at King’s College London and is MSc Candidate in Real Estate Development at the University of Westminster. He also specialised in Land Law and was a visiting faculty member at Birkbeck College London. His focus is on the Italian and UK Real Estate markets and on build to sell and build to rent projects. He speaks Italian, English and French.
